The W Report™ on the Most Competitive Companies 2025 is our quarterly ratings of The W-30 Index of companies based on how well each one performs against customers expectations, and how much more their customer’s are willingness to pay (WTP). Methodology
To generate the rankings, we polled 6,699 customers online between December 11th, 2024 and December 20th, 2024. Respondents are screened to determine their most recent customer status by company and responses are graded based on their data quality.
We have been a customer data source for the WSJ’s annual Top 250 Best Managed companies since their origin in 2017. View the portfolio results of our top 25 ranked companies here.
