Welcome! We regularly recruit panelists through in-person intercepts at airports, business districts, hotels, restaurants and shopping malls. You are also welcome to join here to participate in our weekly panels. Every week we pre-qualify consumers that are buyers or prospective buyers from the companies in our coverage. No one is allowed to participate in our online interviews unless you are a member.

Because we interview a comprehensive, unbiased set of consumers that represent households in the countries we cover, we must balance our panels according to various demographics such as gender, age and income groups. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an invitation every quarter nor can we guarantee an invitation after pre-qualification. Once pre-qualified, members receive an invitation to rate a company as well as define what you expect from them. Some respondents receive a complimentary gift certificate in return for their time. We do not have a point or reward system.
