How do I log in to wRatings?
Click on the Login text that is located in the upper right hand corner of every page and enter your username (your email address) and password.


What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email when I subscribe?
Please make sure to check your spam/safety settings for your e-mail account to accept a message from members@wratings.com. If this does not correct the problem, please send an email with your first and last name as well as your e-mail address/username to members@wratings.com and our team will verify your membership, username and password. We will then activate any account that is valid.


I lost my password. Can you help me find it?
If you forget your password, click here and provide us with your email address in the pop up box provided, and we will send your current password to you via email.


Whom can I contact with billing questions?
Our communications staff is available to assist you with any billing-related questions. Please contact us at info@wratings.com.


Is it safe to submit my credit card over the Internet using your site?
To ensure the security of your credit card information, the credit card entry pages on wratings.com use SSL encryption. Whenever you send your credit card information over the Internet using wratings.com, it will always be encrypted. We will never display your entire credit card number on our site; in the area where you may change the credit card number you provide us, we will only display the last digits of your card number.


How do I change my wRatings username, e-mail address or contact information?
You can update your account information by visiting the My Account page, located in "My Account" in the navigation bar.


How safe is my information on wRatings?
We employ the most up-to-date measures available to secure our servers and your data. The best information regarding security measures can be found in our privacy policy at the following link: Privacy Policy.


How do I manage the e-mails I receive from wRatings?
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to any e-mail by visiting My Account. Once there, click on the e-mail selection(s) you wish to receive or cancel. Then, click Save Changes.


Where do I find a report on an industry, category or company?
Basic Subscribers can purchase a single report by clicking "Buy A W Report" in the Companies area. Premium Subscribers can view and download all of our W Reports™, and they also receive weekly updates to the database.


How do I get my company added to the wRatings coverage?
To be included in our benchmarking database, please contact us at info@wratings.com.


Does wRatings sell email addresses or member information?
We never sell or rent our subscriber lists. More information can be found in our privacy policy at the following link: Privacy Policy.


How do I upgrade my subscription to Premium?
You can upgrade by contacting us at members@wratings.com.


Whom do I contact for additional information or details about a W Report™?
For more detail or information on any of our reports, please contact us at info@wratings.com and a representative will contact you.


How does wRatings assign categories?
Companies are placed into wRatings categories according to the company’s primary business and the Parent Company’s GICS Code. When necessary, wRatings may change an industry or category assignment based on the most current information.


How do I permanently logout from wRatings.com?
If you've selected the "remember my login information" checkbox, you will be logged in every time you come to the wRatings.com website. To remove this setting, you will need to delete the cookie for in your browser's cache. You can find our cookie underneath "yourname@wratings.com".


How do I become a Consumer Panel Member?
You can alter your membership in the Consumer Panel at anytime by visiting My Account. Once there, click on the E-Mail Center menu and adjust your settings under Consumer Panel Interviews. Then, click Save Changes.
